Addresses psychosocial barriers through the utilisation of motivational counselling, vocational counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Strategies, Acceptance and Commitment therapy strategies and health coaching
Fit for Work:
Improves the candidate’s medical, physical, psychological and functional capacity for work.
Uses external courses to upskill or reskill candidates to achieve a vocational goal
Empowers the candidate with job seeking skills
Assists the candidate to secure safe and durable employment
Ensures the employment placement process satisfies the 13 week period durability requirement.
