The Recovre Group has launched the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to provide confidential counselling support for employees.
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) service provides a safe and confidential space for employees to seek professional advice, support or counselling. Sessions can be delivered over the phone or face to face.
During an EAP session employees can discuss personal or work-related issues with an EAP psychologist. Issues can include conflicts, stress, family or parenting concerns or relationships difficulties.
Typically employers cover three to five sessions of counselling under the strictly private and confidential EAP service.
