Recovre has a service to assist NSW agents with Work Capacity Determinations. Specific to the WorkCover NSW Scheme, the Work Capacity Assessment was introduced to guide return to work planning and determine a worker’s entitlement to weekly payments. A work capacity assessment (WCAx) is a review process that may or may not lead to the making of a work capacity decision by an insurer or self-insurer. The aim of the WCAx is to ensure that there is sufficient functional, medical and vocational evidence to make an appropriate determination.
