This interactive 1 day session will focus on effective early intervention strategies and will provide the skills required to proactively manage more complex RTW.
The course will run through real life case studies to enable participants to be able to see the trigger points in the management of return to work. This course is a standalone course.
You do not need to have completed the Intro Course however those experienced Return to Work professionals, may wish to undertake this course in addition to those having done the previous days “intro” session. The group dynamic and conversation, may add further educational reward for those new to the industry.
The course is ran by a Return to work specialist with significant experience.

Who should attend?
Participants should have completed either the SIRA 2-day introduction to Return to Work course or the new SIRA online modules for return to work coordinators (from June 2019). This advanced course is a suitable refresher for employees with six months experience in managing NSW workplace injuries and return to work.Course content
