This course assists employers in understanding the impact of occupational violence and aggression, and the duties of their employees to manage the risks. Participants gain an understanding of the definitions of work related violence and the risk management approach, the importance of reporting and consultation to develop controls.
Participants will workshop the risk management approach on work-related violence case studies.
