Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) continue to be the most common injury type in Australian workplaces. Manual handling and workplace ergonomics are common contributors to the development of MSDs. This course examines the common causes of MSDs (with a key focus on manual tasks and office ergonomics), and explores preventative strategies.

- Use of and early intervention approaches (including strategies to reduce the risk of MSD’s from hand-held devices, lighting and storage.
