An employer has a legal obligation to maintain a safe workplace. This course will assist employers to assess the risk of bullying and harassment in their organisation and provide leadership and strategies to identify, prevent and manage bullying & harassment.

- Outline the legislative considerations related to workplace bullying and harassment
- Define workplace bullying,
- Identify bullying behaviours,
- Outline organisational costs of workplace bullying and harassment, Identify individual signs/symptoms of bullying and harassment,
- Workplace violence
- Discrimination, sexual harassment and other employment risks,
- Outline the key triggers for workplace bullying (including multi-cultural issues)
- Prevention and risk management.
