RTW tools such as Job Dictionaries and Task Analysis documents, support organisations in the RTW process and ensure best practice is followed.
A Job Dictionary, which is a collection of Task Analysis documents, provides an easy reference guide to the Return to Work process; from induction and recruitment to communication with treating practitioners. Each Task Analysis document captures the physical, cognitive and psychological demands of a job role so that appropriate duties can be presented when making return to work decisions.
This course steps through the process of conducting a task analysis and developing a tool that participants can use in their own businesses.
