Flexible Working Arrangements
We have developed a formalised policy on Flexible Working Arrangements (FWAs). The FWA policy allows managers to work with employees to offer more individually tailored and family friendly practices, and provides individuals with the opportunity to influence their working arrangement and to determine the place of work that will best suit their personal circumstances.
