- The Recovre Group can visit onsite to conduct a “Job Analysis”. This would involve observation of all duties performed, whereby the critical demands will be assessed and recorded.
- From this the training package would be developed, which will include a comprehensive and tailored Participant’s Training Workbook and training presentation (including power point slides and relevant practical activities).
