Resilience is the ability to cope with stress and increasing demands by drawing on your own personal strength.
The aim of resilience training is to enhance mental fitness. This is done through increasing self-esteem and assertiveness. It is also developed through learning strategies to enhance coping skills during times of increasing stress, time constraints and responsibility. These skills will help you both to perform at work, and to cope with personal demands.
The training will be provided by highly qualified and experienced members of our psychology team. It will be delivered over 12-weeks in six individual sessions of 30-40 minutes.
